Ziyue is a PhD student at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, where he also completed his MRes, MSc, and BSc degrees under the supervision of Professor Andrea Gamba. His research fields are in corporate finance theory, with a special focus on firm's dynamic capital structure decisions. His teaching experience includes delivering corporate finance seminars and workshops at both master's and undergraduate levels. In terms of professional credentials, he has passed Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) exams, among others.
